Appointments

We request that appointments be secured with a credit card deposit which will be applied towards the procedure. We recommend reserving a future appointment upon completion of the current one so we can better accommodate your wishes.  Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

 

Children

As a courtesy to our guests, and for the safety of your children, we ask that children not be brought to the facility.  Children may not sit in the treatment room with a parent, nor do we allow small children to wait unattended while a parent has an appointment.  These policies are in place for the safety of your children.  You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if your child(ren) comes with you.  Our cancellation policy applies if we must reschedule on the day of your appointment.

 

Pregnant or nursing mothers may not be candidates for certain procedures.  Please let the staff know when scheduling your appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum 48 hours advance notice for all cancellations. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to reschedule.  A deposit is taken when an appointment for a procedure is scheduled.  This deposit is applied towards the procedure, however if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable.  In the event you are using a package or voucher, 1 treatment will be forfeited for cancelling with less than 48 hours notice.

 

Consultations

During the consultation, a comprehensive treatment recommendation program is customized to your specific needs. By combining state-of-the-art medical technology, medical grade skin care products, and a commitment to personalized care, your treatment program will be designed to address your concerns and leave you looking and feeling years younger!

 

Vouchers

If you are using a voucher purchased online, please note that any treatments included in the voucher must be completed by the expiration date. 

 

 

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.  Appointments arriving 10 to 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule (cancellation policy applies).

 

Cell Phone Policy

We respectfully request cell phones and PDAs be turned off. It is for your peace of mind as well as those around you.

 

Payment

Payment due at service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or check.
